"Check in was easy and reception desk staff were very helpful and spoke English. The room itself was okay, the TV was very small and far away from the bed, the toilet was dirty and there was no toiletries provided except hand soap. The bed was not a double as advertised, instead it was two single beds pushed together. "Concierge didn't speak English so checking in was difficult. We had to go back to reception next morning. Lighting in one hallway wasn't working and there was no natural light. It was creepy coming and going. Hotel straight across from Spittelmarkt u-bahn which was handy. No tea or coffee making facilities which would have been nice.
