"It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. "First time we’ve stayed in an Apartment hotel and whilst the room isn’t that much bigger than a decent sized hotel room, having a little kitchen area was helpful. The room and bed was very comfortable. We had a balcony which would have been nice in a warmer season/time of year. The staff are very friendly. "It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
