"The location is really a beautiful spot, right across from the beach. There is breakfast in the morning on the water and you can see the sunset from the balcony. My particular room on the 3rd floor was quite large and included a huge L-shaped sofa, table, and refrigerator. The balcony was spacious and a relaxing place to watch the sunset. Unfortunately the air conditioner in my room (307) did not work at all. I was busy most of the trip there so I didn't have a lot of time to track anyone down...

"Stayed for 1 week. Staff are friendly, rooms are spacious & very clean. Some nice restaurants & the beach within walking distance. Check-in processes need to be improved. We (& two other unrelated bookings) arrived far too early for check-in, but when we returned later at the actual check-in time of 2pm, all groups still had to wait at least another 20 minutes for rooms to be ready. Suggestion: hotel should make an arrangement with Olive Tree (hotel next door) for outdoor pool access for guests."

"I went in the low season. Hard to beat this place, views were incredible. Very quiet and mellow. For the price I don't think you can beat it, and I'm surprised how few reviews it has. It's a new hotel. No it's not Pattaya "party town" but still worth it. Thumbs up!"
