Second time I’ve stopped here, everything is great - great rooms and usually peaceful - I haven’t given 5 stars this time as I was fine for the after check in call to ensure room was ok - they then called multiple times and sent a cleaner into the room whilst had a ‘do not disturb sign’ on the door I was working and on calls - she was kind but, insistent she made up the room despite being told no I’m working, clearly with a laptop in front of me and busy. The room had only been made up the day or so before .. there is a line of doing great service and respecting guests wish’s- other than that great

Staff was helpful & courteous except for the young man who looks after the tourist attractions. Room was comfortable and spacious. The surrounds as in area outside the resort filth, dirty and rubbish on roadsides. No nice walking tracks close by.

Decent hotel near Jomtien Beach

This hotel is pretty big and the lobby as well as the dining area is huge and nice. There is a pool area as well as kid area. The only thing is the rooms are a bit outdated. We only stayed for 2 nights so didn’t bother us much. The only drawback is that even though it’s close to Jomtien beach, getting there is a bit challenging unless you take a taxi, your own car, or use the feee shuttle. It is situated behind a few other structures so you cannot just walk across. The breakfast here is very extensive and well worth the prepay. It is very delicious as well. Reason why I rated 3 stars is that rooms are outdated and location is not the greatest.

Well appointed hotel - we liked 1. spacious rooms - balcony views 2. excellent breakfast 3. Facilities well above average - pool, gym, spa facility 4. Range of outdoor areas to sit and relax Areas for improvement 1. Plumbing in room shower is an issue - bathroom often wet - bottom of wooden framework is rotting due to wet 2. Could do with extra (workable) power point near beds in twin bedded rooms 3. Pricing in spa needs to be more flexible - 1500 baht for 1 hour massage vs standard street price of 300 baht explains why practically no one was using this wonderful facility in the 5 days we were there. We are happy to pay a premium for the hotel convenience but 1500 baht is way too high

Booked 4 nights at this hotel with private pool. Nice room with good beds, other than we asked to be moved to another as it was definitely not private. In the first room, it also spilled out of the sink with water on the floor, so we were moved to a new room. Here we asked to have the drain cleaned in the shower, but it did not succeed, so we had a swimming pool in the showers. They had forgotten to give us a bath towel, it took many calls to get them to deliver them. The breakfast was for me terrible, a boring selection empty dishes due to too many people. Cleaning in the restaurant was not good and with a table for breakfast that was sticky, it was not a good experience. All in all, the 4 nights were not worth 21,000 baht.
