"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"The hotel is in great condition and all the staff was wonderful and very kind. I got excellent service from the housekeeping staff and the desk clerk Attasit helped me get utinsels when my grab food order came without them. I will be back!"

"The owner looked annoyed when I asked them to clean the room. Just wanted towels and water, really. Also loud explosion and loss of power 3 am to 11 am"

"EVERYTHING about the hotel was amazing. It’s more so the guest my problem was with. Too much of a demographic who just dirty everything & leave stuff laying around. Luckily their amazing cleaning staff works here to mitigate that problem. If you’re American it’s great for walking street, but it isn’t the Soi 6 walking street so don’t be confused like me. But I think single Americans should book a hotel closer to Soi 6, thank me later. Everybody else this hotel is great for the price & everything...

"No sign and good luck finding it, number listed on the posting no one knows who’s number it is, Staff are Rude and can’t speak English! Room looks nothing like the pictures posted, under renovations apparently, no elevator so good luck if your on the 3rd floor and up. Hot water doesn’t work in the room, no WiFi and no Pool which means pretty much everything on the listing is FALSE! Very unhappy and will definitely not recommend anyone staying here! "
