"Fantastic from start to finish. We were picked up from the pier and taken to the accommodation. We were given a welcome drink and filled in some paperwork including what we would like for breakfast. Our room wasn’t available until 2pm, however we were given a moped to use so we went off exploring. The room was stunning, and so clean. We had our own plunge pool which was really refreshing. "Wan DD does not honor Hotel.com . I spoke to the owner and had to pay cash for the room . They would not refund my money . Horrible experience. The staff was very good. They tried their best to make our stay enjoyable. The owner said they don’t use this site. But they got paid twice for this stay. Hotel.com did give me a credit, but they told me the hotel was unwilling to give a refund. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere."
