"The gem of a place is beautiful in blue and white reminding me of a Swiss chalet in some ways. Staff is very helpful. The assistant manager helped me with a limo to Pattaya which will take me straight to our hotel there. Had one dinner here and food was great. Breakfasts are amazing. Lots of good food and options to order off the menu for eggs and other things. Enjoyed a swim in the pool one day. We extended our stay here for four nights. Walkable to restaurants and shops and the pharmacy....

"It is a nice hotel but rooms are a long way from main area. Expect to walk a bit. There is no good wheel chair access And elevators are few and again along way from everything. Breakfast has few western options and needs to upgrade cereal options. No oatmeal. This hotel caters to Chinese and Indian cultures. They don’t like Americans to much. Thank You"

"The hotel itself is a beautiful hotel in a great location within walking distance to walking street and all attractions. Sadly this hotel has a majority of Indian guests and the hotel is very noisy during the night into early hours of the morning. Generally the guests are noisy from around 11pm until around 5am which is a shame for this beautiful hotel. Staff do not act on noise complaints sadly. "
