"Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional. "

"The hotel is on a lovely cobblestone street right behind Covent Garden-lovely area full of nice restaurants and stores. Be aware that there are no vehicles allowed on that street so you have to walk about 100 ft to get to hotel. The hotel is in a very narrow townhouse with what seems to be a nice restaurant on the ground floor. For whatever reason, the front door is left open so if it’s cold there’s a draft that runs all the way up the stairs to the hotel area.the rooms are small and at least my...

"Great location right on the strand and spacious room, very comfortable bed and pillows, lots of snacks in the room. Quiet for such a central location. Smiling and helpful staff. But our room had no floor heating in the bathroom and it was pretty cold. Also we had a dark room, with a windows with a view on a wall. "

"Only complaint was light in the bathroom. when I bent over the sink, a shadow was cast on the washbasin, so I could not see clearly. This was particularly annoying since I needed to watch my hands while I was putting on my contact lenses. I solved the problem by turning sideways so the light shone on my hands."
