"The hotel is inside the hospital and they just forgot to mention this important detail, of course if we had known we would not have booked there. The receptionist was not nice, breakfast was served to the room in a tray with basic food and cold coffee, half the night we were awake because of a fire alarm. I do not recommend booking a hotel inside a hospital that ruins your vacation. The hotel serves as a pastoral hotel for maternity and for this purpose it is good"

"Our stay at the Templer Inn was one of the highlights of our time in Jerusalem, and added immeasurable to the overall experience. The location in the German Colony is excellent. Our room was spacious with a separate living area and large bathroom. The best part was interacting with our hosts, the owners, Alon and his wife, Revaya, at the generous breakfast service. "I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay."

"I love historic hotels such as this one. Everything is clean and atmospheric ,I liked my room very much. The attached restaurant serves nightly specialtes of local recipes. On the expensive side though I've found all dining in Israel is relatively expensive compared with Europe and other countries. The location is excellent next to Garden Tomb and easily walkable to Damascus Gate. Helpful owner. Breakfast included. Recommended and would stay again. "

Wonderful Stay!!

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is a small, boutique-like hotel. It is very clean. Room service comes in every day to empty the garbage and make the beds. The staff at the front desk is very helpful. The only suggestion I would have is to put some luggage stands in the room on which a guest can open their suitcase. Besides for a small desk with a lamp in the room, the suitcases are left on the floor and bending down to access the suitcase can difficult for some guests."

"We wanted the light in our room to be shut off but it was a difficult task since the light was set to Shabbat mode. Unfortunately, we had the light on the whole evening and we couldn't sleep. We went and complained to the reception desk. As a courtesy, Yazen Atrash offered our family lunch which was an incredible experience. He also offered to give us a discount when we're ready to book another reservation. We are So Happy with the incredible service that Yazan offered us. We will definitely come again!"
