"The hotel is inside the hospital and they just forgot to mention this important detail, of course if we had known we would not have booked there. The receptionist was not nice, breakfast was served to the room in a tray with basic food and cold coffee, half the night we were awake because of a fire alarm. I do not recommend booking a hotel inside a hospital that ruins your vacation. The hotel serves as a pastoral hotel for maternity and for this purpose it is good"

"The Templer in is a fabulous place. The location is on a quiet street. And is a few steps away from The First Station and it’s many fine restaurants. You can walk off lunch or dinner by strolling through Train Track Park. The walk to the Old City is 10-15. The Templer Inn’s architecture is unique. The breakfast is wonderful! My wife and I have stayed in many B&B’s and we feel this the best one we have stayed in. This will be our go to place when traveling to Jerusalem. I can’t say enough...

"This hotel was the house of the grandparents of the owner. She is very sweet and tells you the history of the building and of her family. The hotel has only six rooms, and is therefore very special and different from a large-box hotel. It is extremely clean and the room was perfect, and in a residential, interesting neighborhood. If you want a more personal hotel and connection to Israel, compared to standard hotels, I highly recommend Hotel Biazi."

"I was staying here during 3 weeks with my father who is 81 y.o. We came to Israel for my father's green card interview. This location was very convenient for us: not far from Medical Exam Facility and around 10 minutes driving from U.S. Embassy. Hotel has good disability access and breakfast as a great option. Staff is professional and ready to help at any time. I can recommend this hotel for long stay."

" Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. Appartment style with lots of room. Well located ,50 meter from Mamila mall ,walking distance to the old city and the the western wall. "

"The location is absolutely incredible! (Especially if you are a frum/Orthodox Jew, this was centrally located and walking distance from everything: the Kotel, Ben Yehuda, etc.) The only downside is that there was a lot of music outside Friday night and no air-conditioning in the two bedrooms. Overall though, the location is the best you can ask for. "

"Great location near Jaffa and Ben Yehuda streets, and easy walk to the old city and Machane Yehuda market. The staff was super friendly and helped with plans and recommendations. Nice breakfast and afternoon happy hour - I recommend staying here while in Jerusalem!"

"The entry is a dirty street but the place is nice. The men running it are helpful and friendly. I recommend this place . The only thing it’s missing is laundry facilities and outlets in the lobby .The laundry is thru the alley across the street and only takes coins so I had a challenge finding a place as I was using cc but I’d stay there again . There’s a grocery store next door which Is convenient. "
