A big variety at the breakfast buffet, the eggs are served per order (We had the poached eggs Benedict), deserts are somewhat disappointing. Dinner is a different story, As my wife does not eat any sea products including fish, the variety of meat options was very limited for a hotel of its high class. The meat dishes were tasteless, unseasoned and unless requested, were all at rare doneness...

"This hotel is fine but they don’t do the little things that could make it a much better experience. The buffet breakfast and Shabbat dinners are ver good but only half the foods and salads had descriptions of what it was. It was 90* in Jerusalem -why not have water available to guests in lobby? The first Shabbat we we were there the room was great. Next Shabbat when we returned - same room price- room was small and the tv and some lights were out.
