"Our stay at Saladin Boutique was excellent. This is the closest I have stayed to Masjid up Aqsa in my four times visiting, and out of the different hotels, This was the most accommodating as well as clean. The staff were amazingly helpful and when a staff member changed, the new one already knew our needs and requests. You can tell they do a good job of communicating with each other and providing a comfortable experience. We met Abid, the manager, and he gave us a complementary extra mattress...

"Beautfiul setting, really large and delicious breakfast and dinner buffet, lovely modern clean room. Staff was overall helpful but some were a bit reserved. Lovely walk/hike just out the door. Very extensive children's area, not sure it is open every day but I assume on weekends, holidays, etc Great for our grandchildren. Wife and daughter used the spa at the partner hotel next door and thought it was amazing. "

A big variety at the breakfast buffet, the eggs are served per order (We had the poached eggs Benedict), deserts are somewhat disappointing. Dinner is a different story, As my wife does not eat any sea products including fish, the variety of meat options was very limited for a hotel of its high class. The meat dishes were tasteless, unseasoned and unless requested, were all at rare doneness...
