I tried to enjoy the second floor terrace but blonde haired manager felt her smoke break was more important — really frustrating - who wants to smell someone second hand smoke when enjoying such a pretty space? Think staff should smoke in a non public hotel area… thanks to the staff at the check in and check out counter for your kindness!!!"

"I've stayed in this hotel multiple times over the last year, both for business and for some family trips on which I brought my wife and adult children. Everyone had nothing but the highest praise for the experience. The hotel is spotless and the rooms are beautiful, and the views from the rooms on the higher floors are magnificent. The business lounge is well worth paying extra for as there is a really nice spread of light dinner and snack items in the evening, and it is a very pleasant place...
