"During my recent trip to India, I stayed at four different hotels, and JW Marriott was the most impressive hotel for me. "It’s a beautiful place, safe, clean and convenient. The Spa was unavailable, there were issues with the TV malfunction, that did not get fixed after calling the tech twice, lamp was broken. The chai cafe, was nice but 70 percent of the time the tea was served just warm. Ordered fries that were totally cold. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Inspite of some downsides we will stay here again. "
