The room was dirty, the staff inept. I had another room reserved for guests coming later, and they couldn't find the reservation, making me go down to the front desk twice, even though the two rooms were booked together. In the meantime, they kept calling to ask if I was happy with my stay, which was disruptive.

There was a very bad smell at the property .. carpets looked very old and dirty .. room service response was very late .. there is lot of noise even when room door r shut .. there is always some repair work going on at the property Best part is the location and convenience to go to malls and Aerocity restaurants

Ok for a quick stopover prior to your flight, very average hotel, 3*overall, rooms are dated but it’s covientally located close to Delhi Airport. Food is utterly disappointing, cold and overall very poor quality in the buffet.

- Arrived at the hotel at 4:30 am and was asked if I wanted to drink anything and then was charged 500rs for a small glass of juice. (That’s how about how much it costs for me to go to the airport to hotel) - Then was told to come back at 7 am to check in. I checked in at 7 am and then was charged an early check in fee when I was not told that prior. - I received a dirty room with yellow walls, shower head and other parts of the shower head that were dirty. - The room was cold. Thermostat and heater didn’t work. - I was charged extra for a transportation service that I was not aware of and I never got my money back. - terrible customer service from DMs (deputy managers)

Someone rang the doorbell to our room 5 times at 1:30 am . Me and my wife were surprised as to why someone would do this. There was some noise outside and seem s to be commotion. We didn't open the door. 5 minutes later another series of rings happened. I decided to open the door. Two men started to enter into the room, saying this is a shared room and showed me their room card, with the same room number written on the envelope as mine. I told him that I din't buy shared room. It's a room for me and my wife. They almost entered the room, but left. I called reception promptly telling whether I should call police. 10 minutes later, the manager called that this was due to a confusion. Well.. this is unacceptable, a hotel cannot allocate one room to two different guests. We got concerned about our safety and checked out earlier than planned. We don't plan to come back to this hotel in future.
