"The best thing was the staff they were the friendliest and were very polite. It was pouring in Tokyo today and we had checked out not only did they store our bags so we could do a last minute visit in Tokyo they lent us umbrellas which was super helpful with 2 young kids. The rooms feel a little simple but the buffet breakfast and the ladies retreat with free massage chairs and shampoo bar were lovely little touches. "Lovely place to stay at, station is so close by and have loads of food plaves and shops. The staff is helpful and friendly, the house keepers done we great job cleaning the room every 3 days but provided clean towels everyday! Room is great for 2 adults, who go out everyday and explore. Keep in mind the room is small with 3 large suitcases! We had to open 1 at a time so we got space to move. Only thing i am grading low on is the smell of the toilet we can smell from the bathroom every time...

"Very convenient and friendly hotel. The entire staff speaks English and are more than willing to answer questions, bring extra amenities to your room etc. The hotel itself is very close to Shinjuku station and lots of shopping and restaurants. Huge plus for having a conbini downstairs, we went there every night for snacks! This was our second stay at the hotel and I’m sure it will be our first choice on our next trip to Tokyo also."
