"There was some confusion about obtainng the door code on my first night so i had to make the decision to book the hotel up the road for the night. I finally got an email from the staff the morning after and i was able to get into the building. The apartment was clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was a bit cramped but i managed it. "Altaf, Liam and the rest of the staff of the Hux Hotel were phenomenal during my stay. They genuinely went out of their way to anticipate and address any questions I had about the city and also provided excellent service. Absolutely a testament to the culture of the place. "The hotel was very fresh, it seemed like it had been renovated recently. The room I had was a bit unsual because it was a handicapped accessible room. They offered to switch it out after a day or two but I just decided to not to bother. It was fine just a bit sparse of furnishings. The hotel was in convenient location, about a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Earl's Crossing Tube Station. I would say at this property again"

"The rooms are nice and the people at this hotel are top tier. Ive been to a lot of hotels but this one went above and beyond when we needed an extra night due to unforeseen circumstances. Without asking, The concierge walked over to the computer to help us find flights when the train was down. I would definitely stay here again."
