"The Rockwell is a reasonable hotel in need of some renovation. Both our room and the public areas were tired and could use a freshen, especially things like carpets. Staff were helpful but language was an issue - for most, English was clearly a second language. The hotel location is mid-way between Gloucester Road and Earls Court tube stations, so there is a walk either way. Overall, it wasnt a bad experience but I probably wouldnt stay at the Rockwell again."

"The only flaw we encountered is that the doors are not very noise aisolating, and you can hear all the noises coming from the corridors. Mostly it was annoying in the morning during the cleaning shift. "

Felt like London!

"We arrived super early from a long flight from the states. Our room ready so they allowed us to check-in, no extra fees, no extra things to sign. We loved the room, felt like London. The staff were always helpful. We were impressed. Highly recommend, we will return!"

Excellent Hotel and Location

"This is my go-to hotel while visiting London. The beds are extremely comfortable, they have excellent walk-in showers with both a rainflow and handheld shower head. The location is superb with Hyde Park within a minutes walk and there are two Tube Staions within a few minutes walk. As well there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on Queensway. The staff are wonderful, especially Ioana who went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend this Hotel. "
