"Great mountain view in unit, convenient access to your own hot tub as well as public and private baths. It's a short walk away from the shore of lake Kawaguchi, where you can find great spots for photos of mount fuji. We had a very comfortable stay here. "

"This hotel is a terrific bargain if what you're looking for is a well-priced, great location, attentive staff, and on-premises onsen. If you're sensitive to the smell of decades of tobacco use, this hotel is not for you. "The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms. But the service is impeccable. "

"Love the view of Mount Fuji from certain rooms and at the ryokan compound on a clear day. A little tricky getting to place using navigation online map but you will get there eventually. Breakfast is value for money. Great service."

"Highly recommended for travelers to stay in Yokohama as there is a shuttle bus from Haneda to the door of hotel. The view from the room is magnificent. Walkable to all the attractions. Mall is behind the hotel with plentiful restaurants and shops. Will definitely go back."
