"was very nice and clean, room.layout is abit bizarre however, like this bed/couch unmovable construct in front of the main viewing window..im not certain what its for other than blocking access to the window, has nonbackrests to sit on, and there is no coffee table in front of couch if you want to drink coffee and set it on something.. only a small table in puny kitchen with rock hard chairs.. everything else is really good "

"Great location, very clean rooms, safe, walkable to food and convenient stores. Do be prepared to have 500bht for key deposit. Washer and dryer you can use between the hours of 10-7. Walls are thin so you can hear neighbors, but everyone was very respectful of noise level. We would stay again! "

"This place is a hidden gem. Although it’s a bit up the way from the main Rawai strip, it’s easily walkable, and a Grab is an affordable flat rate anywhere in town. I recommend the executive room which is basically a 2 floor condo and very nice. Ended up staying much longer since it was so nice."

"Lovely, charming hotel with lovely garden and pool. Off the busy main road, down a short side road. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back. A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips. "

The staff were friendly and helpful, helpful and attentive to our needs, going that extra mile to ensure we had a fabulous holiday. "not a 5 star but it has features that make it almost feel 5 star you dont get at many places like all ground floor, a pool right outside your door spacious rooms..rooms not all same however after staying in 3 different rooms one had human height removable showerhead other two had retrofitted bathtub arrangement with removable showerhead but have to get on knees to use as 4 ft hose attached to bathtub spout. and they dont want flushing of tp but other than the bathrooms not being stellar...

"Very beautiful property right on the ocean. Clean with tonnes of food options. Food service/waiters were a little slow and didn't tend to us much but other than that wonderful. Did not use the spa. 4 of us and they only had 1 key for the first 2 days. They finally got a second for us"
