"Friendly reception. Easy check-in and out. Parking easy and affordable. Crib was there as requested. But no garbage bags in the bins and found travel mug lid from previous guest under the living room table when we move the table as we used the pull out couch. No breakfast option as it was closed. Coffee mug was not proper washed. But overall for downtown overnight stay the hotel was good located and had easy access to the locations we wanted to see in Toronto."

"We really liked the room decor. The king size bed was quite comfortable as were the occasional chairs. The bathroom was well laid out and very clean. We liked that most of the flooring was not carpeted. Just a pretty rug in the bed area. Great shopping nearby. Although, we didn't use it we appreciated that the hotel has a restaurant. Staff were very friendly. As a safety feature your room key is needed in the elevators to access floors. We would enjoy staying there again."
