"The property is older, but has been spruced up for Ramada and has some great amenities, like the waterpark and the pool. The game room is huge. The staff is very attentive and polite. The food was great at the restaurant. The area where this hotel is located is a little on the rough side, but it looks like it’s coming back. There was no one unpleasant that we ran into during our stay at the hotel or in the area."

"We stayed one night in January. The hotel was nice and the best part was Ranyeli at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful! However we were very disappointed with the transportation to the theme parks. One of the main reasons for picking this hotel was the free shuttle to Universal Studios only to find out there was only one shuttle per day which left the hotel at 7:30am (arriving at the park before it even opened). Needless to say they didn’t mention this when I was booking. "

"I had a good experience staying at this property. I like it because its closed to everything. The only bad thing was that every time i try to open the gate with the 2 cards that they gave me they never worked. I could never open the gate, but there's always a security and they open it for me. "

"The resort fee is bull spit. My reservation was for a non smoking room. The moment we walked in, we might as well have slept in the mouths of one of the Olsen twins. Nothing but the stench of cigarette smell to punch you in the face. When I asked front desk for a new room, I was told there was nothing available. Lucky for us we made our 2 day reservation a month in advance or we would have had to sleep elsewhere. We only used the room for the three S's. Also, I think we got high on our last...
