"Wonderful townhouse near Disney. We actually evacuated there because of Hurricane Milton. Our host was awesome; as he was gracious to let us check in earlier that day. He also checked in frequently to make sure we were ok after the hurricane; as well when we returned home to St. Pete. We will definitely be back for a real vacation visit! "

"I enjoyed my stay. A couple of things, I did not realize. 1 most of the rooms were upstairs. I nor my husband like stairs and I guess I should have paid attention to this. It was a pain going up and down these stairs. Second , I was taken aback by the facility calling me that I should have checked out by 10am when I paid for two more days and had receipt and proof. "Clean, comfortable and amazingly well equipped for a short or extended stay. Close to the pool and an exercise, recreation facility that exceeds expectations. (No trip to the gym necessary when staying here - it has all you need.) While we were a small group it is easy to see how a large family or group of friends could share a few, or many, days at this location."
