We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bus transportation, to the Disney properties, was very easy to follow and always on time. The breakfast buffet and 5:30 kickback (drinks & dinner) were excellent! Lots of food variety! We parked our car and never started it for 5 days. We will go back again!!

We have stayed at this hotel before & it was a really nice experience. This time the room was not clean, the bathroom floor had not been mopped in quite a while, there were spots on the floor and had a bad order plus the bathroom door was not working properly (they did send someone to fix it quickly ) Our room was not cleaned the following day. There was popcorn (same popcorn, same place) in the hallway near the elevator for all 3 days we were there. We were very disappointed by the cleanliness of this property.

This property was amazing!! I could not ask for a better resort to stay at and the staff was friendly!! This will be my go to resort for sure when visiting Disney!!

I was suprised with the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. It was very popular hotel because it was within walkable distance to Disney Springs. The rooms, bed and bathroom were properly cleaned with plenty of towels. Complimentary Shuttles run back and forth from all 4 of Disney Theme Parks and Disney Spring throughout the day. There is a decent breakfast buffet everyday on the second level. The restaurant on the floor level had decent food & drinks and they open very late. Overall I would easily pick this hotel for my next stay. Great service, clean and convenient. A solid 4 star hotel stay.
