"We love staying here when we’re visiting the Universal Studios parks. The rooms are always clean and the resort is within walking distance to everything. The walking path is beautifully maintained and safe. The dining options are basically endless at City Walk, but the resort also has kid friendly dining inside the hotel as well. The prices are almost always reasonable to stay here. The kids always have a blast at the pools and bowling alley! "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. While the room is SLIGHTLY outdated; it was still nothing horrible. The location and price was great. We didn’t spend all day in the hotel room which is why we didn’t mind it being a little older. It was clean and was spacious. The pool area was incredibly clean and so was the lobby and surrounding area. The staff at the hotel was amazing and the staff at the outdoor bar was as well. Check-in and check-out was super simple. I was surprised at the low cost for the location. It’s a short drive to Disney World and Disney Springs and within walkable distance to some great places. We didn’t have to deal with parking since we got an Uber everywhere so I can’t comment on how parking is."
