Many issues but the main one was about cleaness. OK, peak season, but does not mean that rooms needs to be dirty. Carpet in room 1212 was so dirty that we could not wear socks inside the room. Outside in more out of control - depends on guest's education - but was pretty messy and dirty too. This resort needs an urgent renovation since it is showing the age. Some path stones broken, walls dirty and the path to SeaWorld was pretty dark. Staff in the check-in, some were helpful and some were not. I had a problem with the Wi-fi (Iphone and Ipads). No one could resolve it. I belive the network got to the max users. They charge you a resort fee that does not gives you too much. In my case, they say 2 watter bottles per day and I've got 2 in the last day after requesting it. My room was supposed to be with a RESORT VIEW. The view was to a WALL.

They checked me in and gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. ( I walked in on someone in the room ) I Went out on Saturday morning when I got back I was locked out of my room when my checkout is Sunday at 11am. When I went to the front desk the lady said it’s cause I didn’t pay the $75 fee which I payed for when they checked me into the 1st room. They gave us a new key after a while . Also I booked for a tower room online but there were none available when we checked in.

Here’s a review you can use: I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The noise levels were unbearable; I could hear every movement and sound from other rooms and hallways, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, housekeeping services were below standard. The towels provided were not properly cleaned or replaced as they should be, and other aspects of the housekeeping were poorly managed. Overall, I expected a much better level of service for the price I paid.

Staff was good. Its a big property. We didnt like our room first but they changed it on request. New room was clean big and better. Ample parking.
