Quiet location, friendly staff, stores nearby, and 30 minutes from Disney World. However, the rooms are grimy and there are dead bugs in the corners and when you open the door bugs fly in.

The beds were comfortable, the water park is nice. Its a great place for families with children. It does need to be updated and its quite a drive to the parks because of the traffic but its safe and a pretty good price if you take advantage of the water park.

What I liked the most was the convenience of nearby attractions. Although, the hotel needs some attention in aesthetics. Needs remodeling of facilities to make it a homely/cozy place. Staff was friendly and nice.
