We booked The room At the Last minute after a terrible experience At another hotel. My wife and I were already frazzled, And the empty building in front that blocks the hotel from the road didn't help either. All of those nerves were put to rest immediately when we entered the lobby and Peter greeted us. The pride and care he has for his hotel was obvious. The room itself, while simple,was clean and comfortable. For the price and location, it really is a hidden gem. The staff were attentive and friendly,and went out of their Way to accommodate us, even after needing to book an extra night due to the weather. Would not hesitate to book here again when in Orlando

I was pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to the property, it was clean, looked freshly painted and new compared to so many of the others are in the area. When I open the door of the room, I was pleasantly shocked. It was a big room, clean room, very nice amenities. I stayed in Cocoa Beach for a week in a much much more expensive place that was not anywhere near as nice or clean. If I’m ever in Kissimmee or Orlando I will definitely stay there again and highly recommend. Definitely worth the price and the price was great! They didn’t try to rip you off just because of location!! Thank you!

The hotel was clean nothing special. Pretty much uneventful. Definitely not a resort. No amenities. Don't expect to use. Pool heater was not on. You have to go out to eat or drink. There's nothing on property. The person at the front desk was adequate. nothing special I would stay there again. It was a clean place to sleep,For the price.

Staff was very quick and even call you if they notice you havent checked in at a certain time to make sure you will be there before they close for the night. Very helpful in terms of the check in process as well. Booked an extra night and was processed in less than 10 mins that same morning. The location is very close to Disney at a great price.

This is a resort, but it’s far beyond being a resort. this place is a motel has a tiny pool that is attached to the parking lot. No hot tub no restaurant no bar no store or gift shop doesn’t offer any complementary coffee. I don’t know how they can say that this is a resort when this is technically a motel, place is very clean . in the rooms are pretty dated.

While the property was obviously older, everything was well maintained, nicely painted. Everything worked as it should. Our room was very clean and comfortable for the several days we stayed.
