My wife and I were already frazzled, And the empty building in front that blocks the hotel from the road didn't help either. "The building itself is older and could use some updating. My trip was originally supposed to be a solo one but at the last minute my daughter tagged along. I'm glad she did. I wouldnt have been comfortable there alone and that is probably just my own fears/insecurities. The room itself was clean and neat but sparse. "Stayed one night, I needed to be close to the hospital and wanted to be comfortable. This was perfect. As close to home as I could have gotten. Well, I didn’t eat breakfast because I had to get back to the hospital the next morning, it smelled amazing! I stayed in the veranda room, had its own private bathroom. Beautifully decorated and bed was comfy. Owners were very nice and attentive. "

"Excellent hotel ,huge rooms, excellent staff very helpful, rooms are kept very clean, Pool looked very clean and jacuzzi also Negatives- buffet, it's just okay, nothing special. When advertising, they stated that the Medieval times was a 2 minute drive, it was not, it was closer to 15 minute drive, need to be more honest. "
