"This hotel was the best part of our trip!! We didn't want to leave the hotel. I mean, the water park was spectacular, the restaurants onsite make it super easy when traveling with little ones. The room was very spacious and clean. It offers everything you need to have a pleasant family trip. we are definitely coming back in the Summer!!!"

"Excellent hotel near the parks. Shuttle bus is very easy to take to and from CityWalk. They even have a garden walk that is about 1 mile away if you are up for walking from the parks. The hotel itself is very kid friendly and has 2 heated pools and a lazy river. Plus extremely close to Volcano Bay Water Park. We highly recommend this hotel. "

It's the holiday season and they had that place looking like a beautiful winter wonderland The staff wereall friendly snd super helpful You are able to text the front desk at any time, they are quick to response back. I would stay there.. nothing is included, so their restaurant be prepared to pay. "
