Everything was great except the parking. Coming in from Ivanhoe was a bit of a short, sharp turn to make it without hitting the curb or the control box for entry. I feel like coming in from orange ave would be nearly impossible for a full size vehicle. The valet parking takes up the first 2 1/2 levels of the parking, mostly for no reason that i saw(it stayed relatively empty over the 3 day weekend). Otherwise, the hotel was nice, clean, and looked fairly up to date. The hotel staff was divided on helpfulness, some staff was knowledgeable and others seemed clueless(possibly new?)

Our room was nice, and the hotel staff we we interacted with were all friendly. We had issues getting into our room (battery on the door lock died), and they were quick to send someone to assist us. The only difficulty we had was ordering room service; my wife called them several times (at times when they were supposed to be available), but no one answered. Overnight parking price is a little steep, but overall price was still lower than comparable hotels in the area.

The room smelled like old man smoking on 5 packs of smoke. The ad said that I would have a room with a view of the city. The view that I had was a wall I asked for them to change my room. They did the other room was better, however not truly satisfied with this place.

It was a disappointing stay. The maids didnt clean my room or make the bed or replenish the soap, towels, coffe/tea my entire stay! My AC didnt work well. The pool was full of debris. The service in the restaurant was pretty bad, waiting almost 30 minutes for french toast when it almost empty! The overall appearance of the building was dirty. The windows and other surfaces looked as if they hadnt been washed in over a decade! If youre going use the Hilton name then have some pride and deliver what we paid for!!!!

When I checked into my room, it was extremely cold. I had the AC on. I tried to turn on the heat me being anemic. The room was still cold. I had to turn on the shower to let the steam warm the room up the showerhead. The water went everywhere, not only in the shower but on the floor on the toilet in the morning the next day, the toilet overflowed and water got all on the floor and carpet. I contacted the front desk and let them know what was going on. Day did give me a free night due to all the Problems that was wrong with my room. The hotel is supposed to have a shuttle to take the gas at 3 mile radius from the hotel so I go downstairs go to valet and they’re telling me that they can take me anywhere in the shuttle because it’s only one person working so I had to walk downtown from the hotel, it took me 32 minutes to walk When I made my reservation, I was assured that they would have a shuttle to take the guest downtown then I’m asking the valet guy and the lady from the front desk came and she was nice and then she became like really rude because I said so basically you guys were telling me because you guys are short on help that I cannot get a ride downtown and she was like I’m done talking to you. I wasn’t even trying to be smart. I was just asking a question and she got offended by what I said is that they’re short on and it’s only one valet person. I guess it’s supposed to be two so no one could take the shuttle.
