"Perfect location, amazing view and staff was fantastic. Room was so spacious and the bath was amazing at the end of long walking days. Definitely will return. Having a Starbucks in the lobby also a huge plus."

"The hotel is located pretty close to the train station, its very safe and quiet. They offer a lot of amenities that are free for you to grab in the lobby and I liked how they give a free bottle of water per person for every night you stay. The only complaint that I have is that this hotel is fairly small (similar to all hotels in Tokyo) so I would only recommend one person per room, sharing a small space with another person was quite difficult for myself."

"The Knot Hotel Shinjuku is very convenient for international travelers. The staff speaks many languages and are friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but pleasant and comfortable. At the price point, this hotel is very good. The breakfast options are excellent and the in hotel bakery has delicious breads and other delicious items. We have stayed here twice and will return next time we visit Tokyo. "

"The hotel staff are so welcoming, accomodating, and friendly ! They speak fluent english, and flexibility and advice are great! I had to extend my trip an extra 2 nights due to unfortunate circumstances, and they were happy to assist with my changes. The free beer hour is nice ! This is a perfect hotel for anyone traveling through tokyo. The pods are very spacious, wifi is fast and reliable, and it is located nicely where walking is easily accessible to see local hotspots. 100/10"

"The location of this hotel is perfect for those wanting to stay around Shinjuku station. It's in a very lively area of Tokyo, close to many bars and restaurants in kabukicho. The only downside was the terrible smell in the bathroom of our room. Raw sewage. Not too bad, but still, not good! Lost a star for that. "

"I stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and check out was swift. I took N’EX from Narita airport to Shinjuku Station in the evening, the hotel is within walking distance. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast buffet was a little expensive. "

"The fact that you don’t have to pay for onsen because this hotel has one is a plus. Bathroom is clean and love the amenities. Make sure to look at the square footage of the room when booking. Some rooms with double beds are small and no closets. Luggages can be stored under the bed.The breakfast buffet is really good and there is also a restaurant in the hotel."
