"Great grocery shop next door, and a 5 min walk to Ushigome-Kagurazaka station. Our room had washing machine, stove top, microwave and kettle. Not a big room for 3 but we got by."

"Staff is friendly. Washer and dryer are new in the bathroom, very convenient. The room is clean and has everything you need. Relatively spacious for 4 ppl. Walk to Ueno is about 7-10min, transportation is convenient as well. The kitchen has all the dishes and utensils, refrigerator and microwave oven. Definitely would recommend it."

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"The Hotel Gracery is a great hotel I'd recommend anyone stay at! About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku Station, so is very close to the train. There are also police officers on the street level, so I would not worry about anything sketchy in the area. "Very convenient location for my stay in Tokyo, very walkable from Shinjuku Station or a short taxi ride. Great location for nights where you want to stay out and enjoy drinks in a variety of great bars. Also close to some great restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful, had no issues with check in and communicating with staff with having only english. Hotel also has a pretty great onsen, better than most of the other hotels I stayed in throughout my stay in Japan. Not tattoo friendly but if you have small tattoos they do provide 2 free stickers/bandages to cover your tattoos each day. Definitely recommend, will most likely book again when I am next in Tokyo."

"We stayed at The Knot, Shinjuku for our last two nights in Tokyo (total of 16 day stay in Japan). We found the location of the hotel perfect, really convenient and located right next to a lovely park. The hotel itself is rated three-stars which both my partner and I were surprised at, considering how sleek the interiors were. Check in was super fast and one of the staff helped us through. The room was spacious with plenty of room to spread out our multiple suitcases (when we had to repack for our return flight. We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant with some drinks for our final evening in Tokyo. The food was fresh, delicious and we were served generous portions. We were waited on by a gentleman by the name of Mukesh who was stupendous, a real credit to the hotel! Thank you for having us, we are already planning on visiting Japan again in 2026 - we will definitely visit your hotel again! - Chris & Sarah (Scotland)."
