"I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden.
