Spacious, clean, free in-room laundry, kitchen w/ bowls/plates/etc. Location is perfect: easy walk to tons of shopping and dining - even a park/museum area and Zoo (Ueno). Also very easy walk to most touristy train (Yamanote) and a few others....you can get anywhere. We'll be staying here again next time without a doubt. "

"Great grocery shop next door, and a 5 min walk to Ushigome-Kagurazaka station. Our room had washing machine, stove top, microwave and kettle. Not a big room for 3 but we got by."

"This is a very nice apartment style hotel, we were 5 people in a 6 people room, it was cozy, but we still had space to have 8 suitcases and carry-ons around the room (not all open at same time. Elevators move pretty quick, checkin was easy (we did English), washing machines available on site, access to transportation was easy piezy. A lot of our go to restaurants were nearby. Ueno park was within walking distance. Shopping was easy, supermarket and Daiso are 2 blocks away. No Parking,...

"Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel. "

"Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Really checked most of the boxes: it is close to a few metro stations, right next to the Tokyo Dome and has a lot of shopping options. It didn’t have the greatest selection of restaurants and felt a bit outside of the main hotspots but being close to the metro was a good trade off. The room was nice and spacious! "

"The staff were amazing. Very helpful and great customer sevice. Their restaurant was very nice, breakfast was delicious and alot of choices of food. The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious, beds were so comfortable. The bathroom like no other hotel. It has separate toilet room shower were separate room. And its so peaceful. And we loved the 7 eleven right next door."

"This place was incredibly nice and felt really upscale. There's litterally a Ferrari dealership across the street. The entire check-in/check-out process quick and easy. Warning there are no stairs so be sure to checkout early or you'll be stuck waiting for an elevator isn't at full capacity. I'd definitely stay here again. "

Great Hotel!

" I stayed at this hotel twice for the Tokyo Marathon, and both experiences were great. Last year, I stayed with my family, and we had a pleasant time. The service was excellent, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. One of the highlights was how they kindly held onto my ASICS marathon pack for me, that was really thoughtful! However, the breakfast menu could use a bit of improvement. While it was decent, I think there’s room for a wider variety of options to make it even better. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone attending the Tokyo Marathon or visiting the city in general. I’ll definitely consider staying here again in the future!"
