"I really enjoyed the location and the amenities. The tub that you could fill with the touch of a button to take epsom salt baths every night was a real game changer, honestly. I am at a double tree in Kyoto and it sadly doesn't have them. The only thing I didn't like about the room is that the power to everything would turn off when you left so I didn't trust much other than the liquids in the fridge, but thats a minor complaint. Everything else was awesome!! Loved that it was next door to a movie thearter!!"

"We stayed 8 days in this hotel and our experience was excellent. The room was clean, quiet and safe. There were a lot of dining options around the area and the hotel is near the train station. Everything is walkable from our hotel. Very convenient!"

It is a very large hotel bc business meetings happen here, there are lots of amenities and they provide you a new set every morning after cleaning. Staff was very professional and courteous - "

"I stayed here for my first 3 nights in Tokyo. The hotel is modern, clean, and located about one minute's walk away from a subway station. The staff were friendly and helpful. The staff spoke limited English (just as I speak limited Japanese) but did their best to help; I used Google Translate a few times, which helped both I and the staff. I had breakfast one morning and opted for the Western style buffet; the food wasn't served particularly warm, however, in the dozen or so Japanese hotels that I've stayed in the Western breakfast options never are served hot! I used a luggage transfer service (sending to another hotel in Tokyo), using the details I found at reception. The service worked fine and my bags were actually delivered in less than 30 minutes! My room was comfortable and in good condition. The room was quiet, being located on 6th floor in back of the hotel, but I would guess room's located at the front, overlooking the street, may be somewhat noisy. I would use this hotel again. "
