"The rooms are small but in a nice way. They are compact and get the job done. It’s a good central location in Tokyo yet quiet and not noisy. It was right next to a subway station and so everywhere we wanted to go was easily accessed that way. Our view was amazing. The complimentary breakfast in the mornings was amazing. The staff was friendly. We ended up checking in at like 11pm because our flight was delayed and they were there and we were able to check in without any issue "

"The communication from this property was excellent. Easy to find and secure. We stayed in the family room with the stairs to an upper bedroom. Both my kids were terrified of climbing the stairs as they were very steep but the bathroom was upstairs. After a day or so they got used to it but I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. If it were a group of adults staying, it would be great. Hirai felt safe and easy for trains.7/11 and Lawson close by to accomodation. No lift which would be hard if...
