"My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. We can’t recommend this home too much. It certainly felt like we were at home. The room was so clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. Our room was well appointed, entered via its own garden. We had special views across the whole valley. "We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel. "

"The location is convenient and there are frequent buses to the nearby bus stop, so transportation is stress-free. The owner and staff speak English well and are very kind. They provided me with maps to show me many tourist spots and delicious restaurants, and assisted me in making my stay more fulfilling. When you go there for the first time, it is difficult to find the location from the outside due to the shutters, but it is located exactly as shown on the map and has a small nameplate....

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Coffee Bungalow. The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly! I was shocked to see a negative review in my name which most definitely did not come from me. Beware of hacks. "

"The property location is on top of the mountain away from everything. The view from your room is spectacular and breathtaking. The property it self needs to be updated, shower seals needed to be re-cocked as it leaked all over the bedroom. Bath and Hand Towels are all stained and felt that it was not cleaned properly. Can’t comment on the facilities as we where out early and back late during our 2 nights stay with them. "

Upgraded to a suite (thank-you), yet broken air conditioner that staff tried to fix with a broomstick/leaking ceilings in various rooms (dangerous on floorboards)/light bulbs broken & not replaced/dangerous electrical PowerPoints/shower mechanism broken & fell Off & hot water tap itself overheats & liable to burn. "We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight.
