"Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo was the *perfect* place to stay one night inbetween trips at Tokyo Station. It's easily walkable from the station, even with a lot of luggage, and if you're catching the bullet train, it's on the Yaesu side, so super easy to get to and from the gates. Everything was spotless, the room was a good size for one 6' American (I could even open my luggage), the bed was comfortable, and the staff was super helpful. Highly recommend and will stay here again."

"The room was small, but that's unsurprising in Tokyo. Everything was clean, tidy, and thankfully quiet. As a place to drop in after a long flight with little kids it was just fine. The location is amazing, so close to all Ginza has to offer."

"Excellent location, friendly but they never offered us the free toiletries. We witnessed being offered to other guests however. Considering we stayed for 10 days we thought they would offer at least once. For the amount we paid you would have thought it would be more readily available. "

"The property was in a really good area and was clean. Our room was a good size and clean. Carpet looked tired but this was not a problem. Staff were great and really helpful and the location was good."
