"2nd time in this hotel. Location is very convenient and the train station is right outside the hotel and Ginza a just a short walk away. Airport limousine stops right at the driveway. Very quiet location but not much food outlets in the vicinity, unlike Shinjuku area. "

"This is my 3rd time staying at the Shinjuku Washington Hotel. I have enjoyed it each time. The staff were great and helpful. There is a Family Mart on the 1st floor. It is also within walking distance of Shinjuku station."

"This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and I have loved it every single time. Staff is wonderful and helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious enough for two people if you aren't too picky. Everything in the room is nice and clean. Will stay here again."

"Reminded us of a sweet well kept boutique hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious and staff were friendly courteous. Room and hotel is clean. Room was enough since we only brought carry on baggage. Easy access to trains subways and local shopping. Easy walking to many areas. Family mart located next to hotel so that was a plus in grabbing a quick snack. A little loud at times in early morning hours from people celebrating in the famous bar area located behind hotels alleyway. We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel."
