Lobby provides water (hot & cold) & green tea. Flaw: the staff are very strict on check in time, not a minute earlier allowed, exactly 3pm or after. "We stayed here on our drive back into Tokyo, and the location was super convenient—right off the freeway. The staff was really friendly and even offered a complimentary drink and treat when we checked in. I didn’t get a chance to use the onsen, but I really wish I had. They provide lots of complimentary toiletries and Samue loungewear, which should only be worn in the room. "This particular hotel is for people that are mainly self sufficient I wouldn't suggests it if you cannot mentally operate independent of being accompanied. the local area is amazing I'm a small town kinda guy theirs a brewery if you have the time and walk you'll hit the coast for a really good breeze. The hotel itself Is quiet and staff as well as other guests are nice. But I'd recommend this hotel if your a foreigner that can operate off your own mental agenda with little to no assistance...

"The room is spacious. No elevator, it's can be tough to carry heavy luggage up and down. There's only public bath, no private shower. It's a quiet area, most stores and restaurants are closed after 5 pm, and before 9 am. Short distance from buses, but a bit challenging for walking with luggage, and good luck if you can find a taxi in the area. "

"Beautiful Mountain View, My cousin tried the Onsen and he loved it, restaurants are near by however most restaurants here close around 5 or 6 pm, hotel staff was very helpful in accommodating our needs and even calling us a taxi to the train station"
