"The property is old n needs upgrade with their carpet . It’s dark ambiance . The reception desk are very excellent . Super customer service . Our room got excellent view. It will be better if they give 2 bottles of water daily . Overall very nice experience . "

"They don't tell you you can't park anywhere, and that you have to walk 2 blocks because of construction. We couldn't change our reservation even though we made it within 24 hrs. My Mom is 77 years old, and there was not one mention of parking and walking 2 blocks"
