Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us, especially with my mobility issuse. "

"This resort is located in the middle of the Ixtapa hotel zone. There are restaurants, bars, vendors, pharmacies and a few small grocery stores right across the street. The facility is clean and the rooms are comfortable. The staff at the front desk and the concierge team are friendly and accommodating. Very nice place to stay. Gracias!"

"This property is beautiful and conveniently located and the staff was incredible and extremely accommodating! The only reason I won’t give it five stars is due to our AC going out twice and our fire alarm low battery going off at 4 AM. For a four night stay, we had issues three of the nights. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was fantastic. "

"Excellent location, amazing view! Staff is very friendly. The only issue is that you can’t book the restaurants that you want, because there is a limit of them. We went for 7 nights and only allowed 3 restaurants, the other days had to be in the buffet. (Disappointed). "
