"We stayed at the Mia in December 2024 on our first visit to Isla Mujeres. The property is in need of repairs which were ongoing during our visit with minimal inconvenience. The location and views are Absolutely Spectacular. The beach area is small but beautiful. Beach crew is very helpful with umbrellas for shade and the water is warm, beautiful sand, a bit of snorkelling. It can be quite windy. "Great location. Friendly staff. Food service and pool areas were small but quaint. Nice clean property. Our room was big and spacious, lots of storage but slightly on the dated side. Beds were comfortable and clean. Beach area was wonderful. Lounge chairs smashed together but was needed for the amount of guests staying there. Overall nice stay."

"L'endroit est juste magnifique, la belle plage juste en face de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont BASIQUES et même la pression des toilettes est très mauvaise et la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas bien. Mais l'endroit est incroyable et le mini-frigo est utile. Nous avons passé un très bon moment !"

"The room was excellent. Although....a real door to the bathroom would have been appreciated. The glass door that doesn't go to the floor seems like an odd 'privacy' compromise. Service at the VIP restaurant was inconsistent, from excellent to average The beach is beautiful and great for long walks, but the water is tough to swim. The VIP swimming pools and beach lounge areas are great.. Other pools are not heated and cold. The facilities are beautiful. Lots of bars and easy to get to. Tipping is expected....even suggested by staff!"
