"Wonderful hotel! My mother and I stayed here for 7 nights and this was our best hotel in all of Asia. It’s small, but the staff was more than excellent, and the location is right next to a 7/11 and a Mcdonald’s. The room is tiny, but charming and cozy. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the subway stop and one stop away from Shibuya! Best hotel ever. "

"The staff here have been courteous. I have ordered dinner at their cafe at a really late hour and it was super convenient that they were available to serve close to midnight. They also let me bring my food and tea to the room. There is a washer/ dryer room for 300 yen. That was helpful to be able to wash my clothes there and not go very far. It's also walking distance from Lawson, a convenience store so I was able to get snacks and water bottles. Room was decent and clean. I liked the air conditioning/ heater unit and the double bed was pretty comfortable. No complaints. "
