"Clean and comfortable and a quick walk to a nice snorkeling beack and rental bikes. Washer & dryer on premises. Parking is free, but spaces are very small. Can hear the surf all night (no a/c but it isnt necessary). Outdoor kitchen for bbq etc. About 4 mi from all the hubbub in old Kona-town. Would definitely return to this place!"

"While the condo was in an ideal location in Kona, the amenities at the property were less than what I expected. The shower and bathroom sink were filthy. There were several hairs in the shower the day we arrived and what looked like toothpaste in the bathroom sink. The bathroom mirror was also dirty, with water spots all over it. The condo needs a good overall cleaning, as there was dust and dirt all over the walls, fans, decorations, etc. It is also a little outdated. The TV should be updated...

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. We have stayed in other units but were delighted to find a first floor unit. The good: well equipped, comfortable, plenty of towels, and beach stuff. Nice patio area. "Great rooms, amazing property, owners are friendly, breakfast was better than most restaurants. It's nice and quiet, apart from the frogs and the roosters but you get used to that. Will stay here again if I ever get the chance to come back to Kona!"
