"Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed and a beautiful view of the ocean with also the sounds of the ocean waves. The staff was responsive and friendly. So close to Kahalu’u Beach Park with wonderful snorkeling. The room does not have air-conditioning, but it has wonderful louvered windows and a ceiling fan, and also a room fan which we didn’t need in February."

"Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place. "The people who worked there were so friendly and the room was so clean. It was so convenient to be able to check out a bike and ride around town. I would reccomend anyone to stay here who is visiting Kona and I definitely would stay there again if on a trip there to Kona. (unless I can just move to Kona of course, however I'd still stay there anytime given the opportunity)"

"I wasn't sure what to expect, but I shouldn't have been worried at all. Super cute boutique hotel with EXCELLENT amenities/landscaping. My room was decorated with vintage Tiki prints and linens. Everything was sparkling clean with attention to travelers needs - local insights, pool towels, beach equipment, ice for coolers and more. Harris gave me a quick tour of the property and as a solo, older woman traveler, I felt at home. The pool was so refreshing. Parking was tight, but not an issue....

"Property was nice, with pool-grills-lawn area, and the view was wonderful - we spotted whales and dolphins multiple times. The lack of HVAC was an issue and the availability of only a single room mobile AC unit (at $15 per day) was not enough for all."

"Our unit has excellent ocean view watched beautiful Kona sunset every day itself worth price of admission. Kitchen very well stocked, water kettle for tea would be real nice. Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back...
