Great choice for an city stopover

"We needed accommodation in HongKong between flights, Eaton was ideal. Booking three nights due to early arrival day one and late departure day 2 Eaton provided an economical easy to access accomodation in Kowloon. The airport train to Kowloon station in conjunction with a short taxi ride delivered us to the hotel in a timely comfortable manner. Check in and out was easy and efficient.The twin room was not large but had everything we needed, comfortable bed great shower and interesting decor, along with an interesting view over the area. Room aircon was excellent. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the extensive buffet breakfast. Very close to the Jordan station for the metro makes it easy to get around this city. "

"The location is ideal. Exit B1 red line Jordan Station has an elevator and once you exit make a right and on the left you will see a gold sign on the building that says New Lucky House. Take either two elevators on your left and not the one on your right, to the 11th fl and check in at the door that says Ocean Inn. The side that I was on had four apartments or rooms that shared a communal hallway and amenities. Also, two Airport Bus lines are less than a 5 mins. walk. Across the street on Jordan Rd. near the Kowloon Union Church is Airport Bus A22 which will take about 50 plus mins. and across the street on Nathan Rd. near Ning Po St. is Airport Bus A21 which will take over an hour, but comes more frequently. Or you can take the red train line to Central and walk over to Hong Kong Station to take the Airport Express Train. The Airport Express cost more and only takes 25 mins. Once you get on the train but you also have to add in the time it will take to get to Hong Kong Station so it may end up taking just as long as taking either Airport Buses. Ocean Inn rooms are safe, clean and they offer a communal washing machine with detergent and a place to hang your washed clothes, but no dryer. A refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water dispenser with hot and cold water dispensed and sink . They have thought of everything . Scissors and bottle opener on the refrigerator, tea cups and tea bags, extra toilet paper and garbage bags in the shared communal hallway . Didn't have a prob"

"This hotel is an elegant, quiet, small oasis in the bustle of Kowloon. The staff are kind and friendly, the rooms are immaculately clean, modern, comfortable and quite large by Hong Kong standards. It's well layed out. There are many convenient buses nearby, easy airport transportatation, and 2 nearby MTR stations. Temple Street night market is very close as is a lovely, lively and colorful tradional fruit and vegetable street market. Go see the Yau Tsim Mong district exhibit ate the HK History Museum (in East TST) while you're here and get a sense of the history and ethnic diversity of this area of Kowloon as well! "
