"This is a really nice hotel with a lot of dining options in the food hall, there is a separate area on the lower floor for a very comprehensive breakfast Chinese and western options available all to a high standard, a nice social area in reception To hang out or meet clients, The rooms were just very slightly dated, but overall very clean and everything you need in the room, including an iron and ironing board, Safe and small fridge, A Special thank you to Claudia who is a credit to the hotel as she was very helpful and very informative of the local attractions, Would definitely stay here again."

"First class service from the moment we arrived (special thanks to Gary on the front desk), and the views of the harbour are stunning. Room was spacious, but having stayed in many Shangri-la properties this one feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. "

"We arrived in Hong Kong early in the morning and, while we couldn’t check in right away, we were offered an upgrade for just USD 30 per night—a great value! We’re so glad we took it, as the upgraded room was spacious at 350 sq. ft., located on a high floor with a partial sea view, and in a newer, quieter tower. The bed was very comfortable, with a firmer mattress that provided excellent support, and the bathroom was large with double vanities—such a nice touch! The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to both Jordan and Tsim Sha Tsui by walking through Kowloon Park. There are also plenty of dining options in the nearby shopping centers. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again! "
