They had bugs in the hotel room. Found a worm in my salad at the restaurant. No hot water in the morning for the shower.

Would have love a hot tube in Adult area and ceiling falling in hallway to and from room and broken ice machine. Had to walk long ways to find ice! Kids were jumping in hot tubs and couldn’t enjoy them.

Our room was upgraded to an oceanfront view, we didn’t even have to ask. Front desk staff were so kind and helpful. We were also given two vouchers for the breakfast buffet. Those we gave away because it wasn’t Celiac safe. Bonus points to the staff that took the time to explain the prep and cooking practices to my husband. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. And what a view! This was our second time at an Outrigger resort, would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The Staff that we checked in ( Michael) said we could not check in until all the adults were there with there passports. He finally let us check in with the two adults present. He was not at all friendly! He did not give us any vouchers for the Breakfast for 2 that we booked with expedia, which was a ongoing problem during out stay.

Nice staff and beautiful views. Dinner not so great, over cooked our steak twice. However, the waiter was great and tried his best to make up fir the kitchen's mistakes.

Nice place clean and great staff particularly the cleaners and the bar staff. Bedroom walls have zero sound reduction and we were unlucky getting very noisy and late neighbors so it put a dampener on our overall experience. Access to Manta Ray snorkeling was a real highlight of our trip.

We loved the Outrigger. Beautiful property and great ocean views of the sunset. Pool area is fun and one pool for kids and families and another pool for adults. We would gladly stay here again
