"This is a beautiful property. The Ocean Tower is on the far end of the property, but it's an easy walk from the lobby. You have to park on the other end of the property, but they are happy to send your luggage to your room for you. Some people mention the slow shuttle- the property has a monorail system that goes from one end of it to the other. Yes, it is slow and you do have to wait for it for 10 to 15 minutes sometimes, but you can easily walk if that's too inconvenient for you. The walkway...

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Understated and tasteful elegance. Fantastic rooms with amazing balconies, world class beach, impeccable service, excellent grounds, fine dining at Manta, but also a beachfront casual bar/restaurant, and Copper Bar in between and our favorite. They have an Asian Art Collection worthy of a museum. This was out of our usual price range, a big splurge, and worth every penny. We are already trying to figure out how to swing it to go back next winter. "
