"Definitely will stay again. Love the spacious room. The full kitchen and the in-unit washer & dryer are awesome must-haves. Also, can't beat the free and easy parking (yay, no valet!). Sleeping with the sliding door open to the sounds of crashing waves on the rocks is sheer heaven. It's close enough to downtown Kona that you could walk to the restaurants and shopping. "Nice little place in very good location. 50 yard walk to water front Alii Street full of good restaurants. Very popular place. Would have been nice to have a table to eat at. I always found a place to park but parking is difficult. It is what it is. There was a $270+ fee added to my charge that I was not made aware of at time of booking. Otherwise it was a pretty inexpensive place to stay in an expensive destination"
